Is Virtuo free? Yes. Virtuo is included at no extra cost for every buyer and seller we work with. There is no separate fee or sign up cost to access the service.

How do I access Virtuo? Once you start working with us on a purchase or sale, we set you up with access to Virtuo directly. There is nothing extra to apply for or purchase.

What can Virtuo help with? Virtuo can help with utility and internet setup, mail forwarding, booking movers and moving supplies, scheduling cleaning services and home inspections, and connecting you with trusted professionals like lawyers. It also answers general questions about the moving process any time through the app.

How does Virtuo work? You're matched with a real concierge who coordinates the details on your behalf. Most clients simply send a text about what they need, whether that's booking a mover or transferring internet service, and the concierge takes it from there.

When can I start using Virtuo? You can start using Virtuo as soon as you're under contract with us, whether you're buying or selling. Many clients also use it after closing for tasks related to settling into their new home.

Do I need to download an app to use Virtuo? Virtuo offers an app for convenience, but you can also reach your concierge directly by text. Use whichever feels easiest for you.
