Yes. Access to Virtuo's Move Concierge is provided to our eligible buying and selling clients at no additional cost to you.
Virtuo is offered through Royal LePage Benchmark as part of the client experience we are able to provide.
There is no requirement to purchase services from the providers available through Virtuo. Your concierge is there as an additional resource to help make your move easier.
How does Virtuo work after buying or selling a home?
For our clients, the process is straightforward.
Once your transaction reaches the appropriate stage, we'll make the introduction to Virtuo. A member of their concierge team will then connect with you directly, learn more about your move and determine where they can help.
From there, you decide how much or how little assistance you'd like.
Already have movers? Great.
Have your utilities handled? No problem.
Need help figuring out everything that still needs to happen before possession day? That's where having a concierge can be especially helpful.
